I tried to intergrate every bit of embryology that I know and the final statement I can give about this is,a foetus can not grow in the womb of the other.
Its not hard to see this impossibility if we think of the means of nutrition of the foetus in the foetus!
For the a woman to have two foetuses it means fertilization happened at the same time which means these two foetuses would be of the same age,that tells us that up to the sixth day after fertilization when they implanted the womb they were of the same size and potential to form placenta(shared or individually).How then would the placenta detach from maternal womb?
